| Yellow-vented Bulbul |
| It is found in a wide variety of open habitats, but not in deep forests. It is one of the most common birds in Singapore, quite commonly seen in urban areas. It constructs a camouflaged but fragile, loose, deep, cup-shaped nest from grass, leaves, vine stems and twigs. They consume berries and fruits, also sip nectar, nibble on young shoots, and take some insects too. |
